Brock's Dust Available in 5 varieties!

Local Chef, Rick Schaefer, created Brock’s Dust after being asked by some of our repeat customers to jar his cooking spices. These cooking & grilling spices are a wonderful addition to your beef, poultry, seafood or pork dishes, each one enhancing the flavor of that meat. Brock’s Dust is made in Dayton, Ohio
They can also be sprinkled on potatoes and grilled vegetables, Chef uses the Seafood Dust on his famous 3-potato hash!
